No truck from Martinsburg

What the hell is going on with DLI, had a telephone call yesterday, due to personnel issues we would not get a truck this morning.

Gotta love that great GM Feeling. Really sucks, between last weeks issues and now this. Out of 23 routes from 051, they had 3 driver call outs and a couple that never finished their routes.
Going to have fun making claims to return all the stuff we had to locate to satisfy our customers. Oh wait they want us to use that 1% return reserve. So tired of the struggles every day or so.

And do another spreadsheet to keep RIM happy, heavens above, we had to purchase parts from another dealer to get a traveler back on the road.
