I was out with covid and missed the new method the WPC is using for part returns and I can't find anything on Global. Does anyone have the link to the video presentation?

Reference GCUS-9-12489 in Global. They linked it to the CSMT APP for photo only returns

Just make sure if you use your personal phone to submit photos, avoid sending, well..........
