ADI admin. fee

Sadly this " FEE " was instituted from Hendrick Auto Group nationwide on all accessory sales for ADI distribution NOT including LPO or eComm orders. Hendrick Auto Group should be yanked form the GM ADI program for this outrageous atrocity . absolute snake move to increase the bottom line on contracted sale obligations form GM

Our Hendrick-owned ADI in Cary NC has been doing $3.50 for years, just went to $5.00 on 1/1/22. I put against the freight account, since I was told it was was a delivery fee.
I would assume they have GM's blessing on it.

When i contacted GM about this they had said they don't get involved in the individual transactions between ADI and Dealership . Any discounts fees or charges are to be disscussed with the ADI manager . GM strictly just provides an option for local accessory delivery services and install if needed ...................

I spoke to our ADI salesman & the thing that gets me the most: is they applied the $5 charge when their service is at its all time worst! Half the time, items are missing on the delivery truck. Sucks!!

Do they allow will-call? This should eliminate delivery fees or fuel surcharges by the ADI. I realize this may become a major inconvenience for most, but per-invoice charges can add up quick. Our ADI is less than 30 miles away. They only deliver once per day. If we were desperate, I'd be picking up the part there anyway.
