RIM settings

Is it possible to set up RIM so there are no auto approvals? As in, if you want to send me anything, I verify it first. I know I could do an order query each day, check the numbers, and individually adjust as needed. I'd prefer it was more like Partseye. In that system, every part eligible for stock order is put on the screen, you can uncheck anything you don't want, and change quantities as needed. Sick to death of overstocking parts so I can send them back in 15 months.

The only way I know to change any auto settings is using this tab

I could be wrong but as far as i know once you approve the part in rim you get what qty was approved
