Mobil 1 LV ATF HP price

Our oil distributor is out of drums of Mobil 1 LV ATF HP. I have some in drums here, they are running low. Had to source quart bottles from a local jobber store, $13.99 quart. It's only $5.80 quart from the distributor when and if they have any.
There is a way to recoup from GM the cost difference, cannot think of it right now, any ideas whom to contact? Will send this request off to our DMA, you know how far that goes.

I do not think they will reemburse if you had to get it elsewhere (because they are out of stock)... At least not that Ive ever known
