What is wrong with having a backup? Right now the backorder part of plus isn't working but workbench is. As much as GM has problems keeping things going wouldn't it make sense to have a redundant system?

I'm too old to be reprogrammed. I remember when you could order parts on TRACS by phone. Once our satellite was out of commission for a couple of weeks, but we were able to stay in business by ordering by TRACS.
