GM Return Reserve Conversion

For those of you who request a cash conversion of return reserve: Did your conversion happen like previous years?

Ours did not. We still have 2022 reserve dollars and received a $ 3.00 (three dollars) credit.

Not what we expected.

I believe you won't see that massive credit until Feb.

It seemed that GM had a "Y2K" moment that lasted several days with many data points missing and PASE numbers and others all whack.

Maybe, give it a day or two and check back and see if the values correct themselves ??

Description: Dealers who selected Return Reserve Cash Conversion for the month of December 2022, may have received the wrong credit amount.

We are working towards a resolution by the end of this month. No further Dealer action is required, and Dealers can contact their District Manager of Aftersales.

This bulletin is being sent out to alert all Dealers and Field personnel. A follow-up bulletin will be sent out once this issue has been resolved.​
