has anyone else had a case where an order was placed through GMPARTS, and the part does not ship?
I have a customer that was referred to me by GMPARTS, to track down the order that they never shipped. This order, the customer paid to have the part shipped directly to their address. I have a Fed Ex tracking #, from the order, that shows that a label was created, but there has never been any movement on the package. We were invoiced through the BARS system for the part back on 05/10. Do I file a shortage with GM?
The customer wants me to reimburse them for the part, and shipping as they no longer want the part. I contacted GMPARTS and they told me that the customer would have to call them.
Once again GM F's up, and the dealer gets the blame!
