Warranty Tags?

What are y'all using to tag warranty parts? We've used the attached image labels for years, from the 1Store. However, I can't find them anymore, and calling them didn't help, either. Just trying to figure out options.

2 inch wide masking tape and a sharpie with the same info..

we used the wire tags years ago until they went away also..

Just an RO# on box. we dont care about the requirements. we can barely get my techs to put just an ro let alone put more info. we have never been debited for a missed part return. we were debited when gm was fucking with everyone about the HAZMAT.

I honestly make my own now using the same information. Used to use sharpie and tape but the tape kept falling off no matter what tape I used. So now we just print our own and stick them on.
