So many parts trader quotes. State farm has been hitting the body shops hard for this program. GM dealer here, keep trying but cannot get these body shops to switch to collision link, or ops trax. GM as far as I know will not let us price match through parts trader. Constantly getting non state farm quotes run through here. We also decline a bunch of people who have bought from us 0 times. We go and try to prospect but if we are not selling at 38% off of list than we lose the sale/client. GM world is great....

How are you handling the A transaction fee of 3.5% will be charged by PartsTrader if parts from this quote are sold?
Pass it on?
Eat it, and make up the difference somewhere else?

After paying for parts trader as is, swallowing another 3.5% is tough.
Subscription fees are killing my gross profit
