Sometimes I just grow tired of Dealertracks nonsense
Order 1 of 11548472 Answerback shows GM will ship a bag of 5
Scan the bag of 5, Dealertrack will not receive because the order only shows one ordered.
Have to manually receive in the one, then manually receive in the other four.
Dealertrack has no clue why we should be able to edit an order AFTER it has been placed as we could in CDK for situations such as this. We can change the part number when applicable in the stock order screen, we can cancel the order in the stock order screen, but God forbid having the ability to edit the order any other way. Tech support has the deer in the headlights look.
