85652444 Compressor, engineering notes say will be replaced by 85652432, yet that somehow magically changes back to the 85652444, the General strikes again, what a joke!

last week gm had that part number as discontinued... no replacing part..

i finally got them to manually add spac cases, but no shipment since 6-16

Exactly, shows discon yet engineering notes show will be replaced by 85652432, but that shows not an available part and replaced by the original number 85652444, cancels when you order it and half the time partech won't manually add a case as they say it's not available....just another giant cluster especially with the years worth of compressor issues.

DPAC told us not to place order and call them up to manually place the order. According to them, it must be handled this way in order for it not to cancel.

that is what i had to do... had dpac in the chat and par tech on the phone at the same time..

told them no one is going anywhere until this is fixed.. what a cluster

There is a known issue, as long as there is stock orders will go through but it has to be done by DPAC. If there is no stock, it is going to cancel no matter what anyone does. They are supposed to be investigating the issue but we all know how well that goes.
