Service advisors are rolling appointments to RO's, this is the issue. When an appointment is rolled over the appointment number is deleted from the whole system and no one can track down the parts or status knowing only the AP number. Another issue is when the AP is rolled, no one in parts is notified so we are stuck with rolled parts on an RO that no one knows about; The Service Advisors supposedly don't have a way to notify us either and wont comply with at least sending even an email.
Also our service managers get fired or quit every 2 months so its no use trying to contact them
TLDR: Service advisors are rolling appointments to ROs and no one in the Parts dept. can see how this happened, why it happened, or when, and then our inventory is messed up because this auto bills parts without anyone knowing. Any assistance on any issue would be greatly appreciated.
