New UPS WPC Screen Login Error

New UPS WPC Screen Login Error

Postby PartsPlant81 » Fri Jul 18, 2014 12:55 pm

Just wondering if anybody else has experienced the same issue we are having with the new UPS shipping screen for WPC returns. We are trying to print the shipping label for an ignition switch return and after you click the popup where you select "Non Haz Mat under 150 lbs." a window opens that says "Error: Invalid Company ID"

Yeah it's happened to me a few times. Just close the window and hit it again. More GM goodness. :)

same here - have gotten it randomly over the last few weeks. Their system is probably overwhelmed by the millions of new labels being printed

I wouldn't do that yet....I was told it was because GM negotionated a lower rate for shipping all the little switch boxes back versus the regular WPC parts.

Okay, I'll keep the crayon. Now if they could "negotiate" someone to check them in properly I would not have them showing up in the red past due column!! (well I can dream can't I)

Getting logged in no problem, able to chose ignition switch return, put the weight and size in and then I get this as it returns to the weight screen:

Unable to process shipment at this time - 002

wtf
