Effective August 1, 2013, Customer Special Orders (CSOs) are no longer included in the Service Lane Parts RIM Purchase Loyalty calculation when the Dealer has accepted the RIM stocking policy recommendation for that part. This change enables the use of a CSO order to obtain a part from CCA to satisfy a customer demand when the RIM on-hand quantity is insufficient. CSOs meeting the above criteria will be removed from the Service Lane Parts RIM Purchase Loyalty calculation.
