Thank you all for your feedback. I am no longer astonished that GM could care less how smoothly our day-to-day operations go. But I guess I hoped SBS would be a better company when it comes to the delivery and updating of their product.

Our back computer finished updating yesterday. Now I'm waiting for a phone call from Reynolds and Reynolds so that I can download Adobe Air and actually use the new catalog.
The online EPC started working out of the blue this morning.
