IT STILL SEEMS LIKE IF YOU ORDER THE PART FROM GM ,NO MATTER HOW, IT STILL COMES FROM GM AND THAT IS WHAT I CALL LOYAL. IT DOES NOT COME FROM MCDONALDS.OR NAPA, OR FORD MOTOR CO, THEY WERE ORDERED DIRECT FROM GM. HOW LOYAL CAN YOU GET

Anyone else still have numbers that are low? I would have thought that this would be straightened out by now, but it doesn't seem to be. Hopefully it's not just me.

Mine are also low. You would think it would be resolved by now.

I am noticing that my Dealer Daily report is dated 6/27 and shows corrected percentage on purchase loyal. If you go to Loyalty detail report it is stuck on 6/23.
