This whole thing is dumb... but the horrible web design of the mypricelink page makes it even worse. We should be able to export straight from the part lookup screen. Also the "include sell price" box on the export window should be unchecked by default. Who was piloting this thing?

In CDK, you will need to go to PRICE CODE Setups to correct this issue.

Pick your sources, 102, 103, 104 and for your retail price code, whatever that may be, i.e. Price Code 1, set it up for Price Code 1 to equal List price.
You would first have to go into PBE and set up List and Trade Price calculations for this to work.

The same is true for Wholesale Invoicing Set Ups.

If you have, for example PRICE CODE 10 for wholesale sales, you first set up these sources in PBE to calculate TRADE at Cost + 25, if you so choose. This is the most effective way to display a Trade Price in function DL or DS. All depending if you use anything else such as PRICE6, PRICE7, etc.

When PRICE CODES are set up using the cost + method, sale prices will match whatever PRICE CODE you assign that particular Account Number to.

Even if you have assigned calculations for List and Trade in PBE for display purposes, the system will not recognize what to SELL AT until each PRICE CODE has been set up.

I hope this helps a bit.

I'm thinking if you could throw list in there, it might auto calculate the right sale price. I'm reaching here..but this is ridiculous.

All of these parts should be in source 102 103 and 104.

Go into SPB and select source 102.
Set up list as cost plus 66.67%
Set up trade as cost plus 25%
Set up a shop matrix price (Price06) to what ever your want it to be if you use one.

Repeat for sources 103 and 104.

Make sure you hit save before exiting the Default Tape Parameters screen. Pricing will not be in effect until you run the tape update. I got my info from calling ASI. Call them if you still are experiencing a problem. For some reason it doesn't work on the Master Inventory screen.
