When you ask for the last 8 and you get it first try. It amazes me that you can ask for eight and get 4,6,7,3,18

When I was GM, I swear 90% or higher would read the last 4 whenever I asked for eight. With Toyota I think I'm at 100% of getting all 8 on the first try. hmm

When MPL removes over 35,000 parts from their list that are more commonly used in the service lane.

We may want to delete our comments. The GM trolls will have their next bright idea up and running in no time. Our jokes are their reality!

When your new parts counter girl is starting to pick things up well after several months of training, then gives you her two week notice to go to another dealer for more money. Then the service manager decides to pay her even better money to stay at the dealer and pulls her out before her two weeks is up. Then the new service writer calls off sick. Ha !
