I replaced the Parts Manager that was also the owner of the company, so he did a lot of things as the owner that I would say a normal Parts Manager wouldn't do. It's tough differentiating the two sometimes, especially when the rest of the company has only known it that way. How many Parts Managers have to call hotels to set up reservations for their technicians when they have classes? This guy.
