Cost plus 25% for anything in 242 Parts inventory. But we rarely charge anything to them (used cars need fluids and bulbs too )

If the shop breaks/misdiagnoses/gives away or otherwise has to eat anything I work with the SM, case by case, at cost or cost + a little.

But we also maintain mop heads, brooms, nuts/bolts, wash hoses, drain pans, flashlight/mouse batteries, etc. at no charge, and these are expensed straight to shop supplies.

We do collect a % of labor on cust. pay and internal for supplies like mentioned above.
