Timeframe to recieve credits from GM

Do them every month. Simple process. Once the return is ‘queued’ at GM’s server, the ‘Credit Upon Shipment’ will trigger the credit for parts ‘Going back to your PDC’. Usually receive credit next day if entered early enough in work day. Ship Direct portion of return will not credit until receiving facility physically processes the return. Unfortunately none of this applies to core returns.
