PACE Program

Re: PACE Program

I was told last week by our district rep that it is PASE not PACE. He was going to training in the next couple of weeks. Seems big changes are coming. Original post possibly correct, a lot of programs being brought under one umbrella.

On another note GM seems to have run out of three letter programs and now are moving to four letter programs. Just gotta wonder what some other four letter programs could be? Suggestions anyone...

Prolly "PARTS AND SERVICE ELITE" or some such.

I'm sure it'll be just another way to withhold more monthly incentives from smaller dealers.

I got my info from my DMA. Not looking forward to this. The service dept has to be compliant on a list of stuff to maximize your credit.

Now when you don't hit compliance, Parts will blame Service. And if you do hit it, Service will expect some of that "687 money"

Good way to stir up animosity rather than teamwork, and as previously mentioned many dealers won't make it and that'll be more money back in the till.

BUT I'm being judgmental before ever even seeing the program. I can only imagine based on my experience, which is longer than most of these dweebs at GM have been alive!

It was in an email from my rep this morning. The call is supposedly Tuesday Dec 5 from 10-11 am. There was no link and no mention of time zone. I expect this info to be relayed in the near future.
