In PASE program guidelines page 8 to be PASE compliant you must have:
RIM compliance of 85%
RIM Purchase Loyalty of 90%
Sales Loyalty of 85%

If you do not meet these qualifiers you will be placed on nonPASE terms and be charged:
1% surcharge on RIM orders, DRO orders and CSO orders and will get no return reserve.
If CSO purchases exceed 30% for the month you will be charged a 10% surcharge on CSO orders.
RIM will not generate a RIM return if you a on nonPASE terms.

Whats really bad about that is that the criteria you have to meet is a 3 month average, so if you drop below on one of those numbers how high do your numbers need to be to get your 3 month AVERAGE back up over the threshold in the next month.

Also if you do not meet the PASE qualifiers, you get NO REBATE, regardless of all other "conformance" and "performance" criteria.

That's how they're going to pay for the Mega-Dealers getting a bigger cut

If you miss one month but meet the qualifiers for the next two months they will credit yo for the one you missed.
