The first thing that was ever thought to me in this business was CYA. I feel it still hold true to this day.


The only problem with this for GM dealers is that the sale on the invoice may requalify the part for RIM to put right back on your shelf if it is a SLP part.

In Chrysler If you enter [QTY] N(no history) on CDK the system will not show it as a sale. Chrysler instructs us to do this on our D2D ARO guarantee sales. Does GM ignore the no history functions of the DMS systems?

Thanks for all the info. We are located out in the sticks and have a lot of our parts shipped in. When we have returns to those places, getting our credits can take a little while
