How many Dealer's missed out on PASE because of parts loyalty?? I normally run anywhere between 87.5 to 93% and for October we finished at 84.93% and currently November is 81.33% due to availability. If you are above 85% how in the heck did you do it????

Are you talking about Purchase Loyalty or Sales Loyalty?

Yes I can help with that also. Once setup, you can bill any non-factory part onto a customer pay or internal repair order without negatively impacting your sales loyalty numbers. Call Robert at 585-269-1318.

You may have heard the Abraham Lincoln quote "A man who is his own lawyer has a fool for a client". Same concept here. While you may understand the loyalty program and are proficient with your DMS, have you figured out how to do it?

In more than 30+ years in the dealership world (20+ years consulting with dealers all over North America), I can count on one hand the number of people I've met that have.

Do I charge for my services? Of course! You sell parts for a living. I sell the knowledge and expertise I've spent my life cultivating.

If you invested $100 today knowing that you would be repaid $200 every month thereafter, why wouldn't you do it?

I'm not the "bad guy". Your manufacturer is the one that created a program that does not fit the reality of this world and then penalizes you for it.
I HELP dealers and their managers win the constant tug-o-war between satisfying the factory and being as profitable as possible.
