Tracking is still a mess!!

I told the owner yesterday that we were back in strike mode. He just shook his head. I know that this is different and all, but we need a break. This is mentally exhausting and I have been yelled at and called a liar so many times, because of GM.

I am waiting on three fascias from 087 (two from 3-20 and one from 3-23) and a piece from 092 that I am assuming is hung up at the Michigan crossdock. Memphis part was ordered on 3-26, shipped on 3-27 and no further updates after that, so I feel confident that it is on a truck in a lot somewhere in Michigan waiting for someone to unload it and put it on another truck to me.

I have a 1/4 panel that I tried to return to GM CSO11. They declined it, said it wasn't on a CSO order. I went back and found out that I was never actually billed for the damn thing. GM is has so many problems!!
