Not really Global Connect related but are you US dealers getting any parts?

Canadian Dealer here, and I'm getting next to nothing out of the US. I get stuff from my Canadian PDCs no problem, but US is killing me. I have so many parts that are coming out of the US...its worse than the strike last year. I didn't think it could get worse than that!! I know COVID has thrown everything for a loop but when our micky mouse Canadian PDCs can do it...I am not sure why the US can't.

Except for Michigan warehouses and to some extent West Virginia, We are doing okay on parts from our local PDC and most cross ships. 076 and 058 and 087 are very bad. I've got 3 or 4 pieces that are coming from 076 that have been given a shipping number but haven't been shipped since March. No one can or will help at SPAC or our rep.

076, 058, and 087 are wherey the majority of my orders go. Canadian dealers closer to the east like us will get parts from the US even if the two west PDCs (Vancouver and Edmonton) have stock. They changed this during the strike, but seem to have not bothered now. Easier to just make us wait apparently. I have parts that are apparently in stock...that I've been waiting for since mid/late March. GM doesn't care, my customers are flipping out, and I can only play the COVID19 card so many times.
