Make certain your gm gets the correct report! I was told by the auditor my report was "golden". Next day, I am called into my gm's office and he had a totally different report in his hands, and was not happy. I called the auditor from the gm's office. He checked his files and immediately issued a complete apology! He physically returned to the dealership and hand delivered the correct report to my gm.
