The worst part is that these all came from the same PDC, shipped on the same day.

I can't imagine what extra it cost in shipping, let alone manpower to be that stupid.

Are you getting the rods for an electric truck manufacturer?

DRIVE BY MOST GM PLANTS AND THERE IS A SIGN OR SOMETHING PROCLAIMING ZERO LANDFILL WASTE - BECAUSE THEY SEND IT TO US. THINK OF THE WASTED EXPENSE IN CARDBOARD AND PRINTED LABELS.

Not to mention all the Fedex boxes they send out that have the peel-offs from the end flaps stuck inside the box, so you can dispose of them instead of the pdc goobers that boxed them up.!!!

Michigan Cross Dock Service Disruption – Reduced Tracking

Just out this morning...…….. WTF good does it do to be able to track something when all they do is change the ETA date to you every day. We received in this mornings order a $700.00 CSO headlamp that was shipped 5/7 and going through (you guessed it) the MI crossdock. Horrible logistics chain...……….

Same here. Just received parts from my R127 order (5/7) on Saturday!

We are talking pads and rotors...IMO any fast mover should be available at our Admin PDC's. It's ridiculous what is going on with direct ships now not to mention part number changes!

Here everything we get from 75 76 58 51 or 92 takes at least 10 days to get, unless you order it overnight (then it may be 2 days). Most of the time its 2 weeks or longer and GM's tracking when they use it sucks. We have been told if a part doesn't show up in a week file a claim, but I wait at least 10 days because everything is over a week later than the web site says we should receive it.

FEDEX is not really any better lately. Over the last three months they lost a half dozen OVN orders. They went to Memphis and disappeared and it’s no good to put a trace on them because they never call you back. I just got off the phone about a SPAC order release coming from Flint. Two absorbers sent OVN in separate boxes with two tracking numbers. One goes to Indy and shows up today and the second goes to Memphis and they don’t know where it is. I don’t recall a time when it was this bad and nobody seems to give a shit. What is it…………Covid or the fact workers don’t care? These two companies (FEDX and GM) should know how to address these problems and fix them in short order. I’m not going to hold my breath…………….
