GM cancel back order

I'm dealing with a defective 84421595 had to chat with GM and they had to force a new SPAC Case for the replacement, but I still got an answerback that it canceled.

I'll update if I actually receive the part. Say a prayer for me and my customer.

Happening now with the 85131832 also, ordered this module for 2 customers now 4 times in 2 days! Spac places the order and puts the spac case on it and it cancels either a few hours later or the next day. I am now trying just putting the vin number in the note field. It's nice that the bulletin says to order on a CSO then place Spac Case, but they cancel the order!

Quick Update: Finally got an answer from the General as to why it keeps cancelling, because the first order is shipping?!?!!? Yes, the first one I got an answerback saying it was cancelled. When the overseas DPAC screen reader was asked why did I get an answerback stating the part was cancelled, I was told she didn't know... You can't make this stuff up!
