GM created this MESS. They knew back in February about this recall. You would think after the debacle of the Obamacare rollout
that there IT guys would have prepared for this. I just phoned my DMA and asked him how am I supposed to get car down
CSO's to go through. And WE'RE the ones that have to try and smooth things out with OUR CUSTOMERS.(corporate people seem to think they are their customers)

Now there's an "Urgent Message" on Global Connect saying "Parts Workbench and EPIC functionality are currently offline More..."
When you click the "more" link, you get a blank page.
Very impressive.

UPDATE: Now it's this:
As you are aware, we are experiencing system issues which are affecting dealer ability to communicate with GM.

Parts Workbench and EPIC functionality are currently offline, and dealers will not be able to submit parts orders, file a claim, submit material returns, etc. The Service Parts Assistance Center (SPAC) is also impacted by this outage, and SPAC is currently unable to place or upgrade orders.

Dealers may also experience intermittent issues using other applications including Service Workbench.

We are working to restore all systems to full functionality. We will send a notification to you when Parts Workbench and EPIC are back online and available for you to use.

Thank you all for your patience during this time.
