The aftermarket parts affect the other loyalty percentage - not the RIM purchase one

No. Do NOT run a DRO order. Let RIM reorder SLPs. DRO will not hurt you but it won't help you.

Purchase loyalty - if I understand it correctly - means parts that RIM suggests and you purchase from GM count toward your loyalty number (GOOD thing). If RIM suggested it and you purchase the same part - for ANY reason - from a source other than directly from GM it counts against you (BAD thing).

Watch the vehicle quantities. If it takes 8 to complete the repair and you only stock 2, you may have to purchase 6 from another dealership. Those 6 will count against you. If the vehicle is under warranty you can give the customer a vehicle (GM will pay for the rental) and you can order from GM for next day. Nothing will count against you for that situation. Go figure how a rental is cheaper / better for GM but it is definitely better for you (your dealer).

Sales Loyalty is a whole other issue.

How do I find all the part #'s the last guy said no to then, if I follow that line of thought saying yes to them will bring me back up right. I have all ready approved all that is on my list as of today.

I think you can call RIM and ask them to resend all the permanently excluded parts and it will only send the ones that still apply. Kind of a reset button

Go to parts workbench and follow below:

Parts Workbench > Manage Retail Inventory > Compliance KPI

Click on Proposals Temporarily excluded and Permanently excluded to get a list.

Go to the RIM website

Under "Key Performance Indicators" click on "Compliance Query"

On the next screen click "Search" - no need to change anything

When the screen comes up the newest listings should be at the top of the page. Look under the columns "Permanently Excluded" & "Temporarily Excluded"

If there are excluded part numbers you will see a number under these columns for the date shown at the far left of the line. Clicking on the number will bring up a listing of parts that have been excluded.

It may not be as simple as removing the exclusion check mark. The temporary excluded parts would need to be reset by the RIM help desk. The permanently excluded parts may be phased in by removing the exclusion.

To remove the permanent exclusion:
From RIM home page click "Stocking Policy Proposal Detail"
Enter part number
Click view part
The next screen will shown the check mark under the "Action" section.
Removing the check mark MAY cause the part to propose the next day or after the your next recalculation day

I guess I didn't type fast enough several other answered above.

BE AWARE ----- IF YOU APPROVE EVERYTHING IT WILL COST YOUR DEALER SOME MONEY DUE TO THE INCREASE IN PARTS INVENTORY.

MAKE CERTAIN UPPER MANAGEMENT IS AWARE OF YOUR PLAN

AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE STORAGE SPACE - If you are talking about body parts.
