My dealer has jumped on both collisionLink and the Canadian ProgiParts to try and recoup the lost wholesale from the past, it is correct in what some here have said on their previous posts, it is hard to get them to use it, "ALL THE TIME". Especially when you are in such a smaller dealer and market, a lot of these guys are doing cash in hand deals, and not being paid through the insurance company so that they don't have to use the programs. My dealer is also on it because one of the D.P's friends owns a collision shop a town over, and complained when no one was accepting his order, well before my time, now we are on it, waiting, lying in wait, just waiting, until something shows up. We have had both systems for only 2 months and no fish. I remember when I was at a large dealer in a medium to large sized city and it was great then, all the orders showed up and we delivered constantly, it was the hay day.
