Also use the Bianchi 994 Laser here, aside from the occasional new counterperson not following the on screen instructions and bending the tracer, absolutely no complaints. We've had it about 4 years now. Very easy to use, can manually input cuts for older keys the machine technically does not support. Really only need two jaws and two cutters to do 99% of GM keys, a third jaw if you need to cut the odd ball Holden (GTO, G8, Caprice) key.
