How do you track the CSO order percentage? Daily? I know it is on the monthly statement But that it is a little late. I had rim non complacence before I don't want that again

We were told when we signed up for RIM all parts would be protected.
We were told we had to buy all parts from GM and try not use other brand parts in our service dept and we did.
We were told to use GM oil and chemicals and we did.
We were told not to buy from AC Delco jobbers and we did.
We were told to sell body parts and send all body core parts back to GM and we did.
We did all of these and a lot more A LOT MORE.
BUT YOU TAKE AND TAKE AND TAKE MORE FROM US EVERYDAY !!!!
We were told years ago WE were customers of GM.
I would love to know how many years the people who have come up with these programs have worked in GM service and parts depts big and small.
When I started 45 years ago WE were respected by our parts reps for what we did and how we did it.
One more year and I'm done .
Good luck to the rest of you.
Partsbuddy wrote:If anyone is receiving an insufficient purchases message on oil sales it'll be because GM bundles all chemicals by the total amount bought. Buying antifreeze , def fluid , paint, freon etc . from anyone other than GM will take away from the oil dollars.
We buy all oil from GM but we bought antifreeze and def from another source when we ran out and it ended up over time causing the insufficient purchases to show up in sales loyalty.
