Last day of the month, How's everyone's reports looking. So far and with a little luck we've hit all our targets with the exception of csi q18 which is showing 0% still.
Hopefully everyone else is able to make the most of this pos program.

All good on the one criteria we can control. Service isn't doing the MPVI's so there is 10% right there. Definitely gonna be less than is would have been on SLP even with parts maxed at 40%.

The MPVI explained monthly performance detail is not updated until the month is over.
Everyone has a zero there at the moment.
No idea where you are for a 10% penalty.

Also on the policy tool, you will not know where you are unless you ask your DMA to look.
It is supposed to update weekly starting next month.
We need daily as you can debit yourself a claim that the tool was not used on to get you over the objective percentage if it is advantageous to your dealership.

CHECK YOUR EMAIL FROM YOUR DSM !!
New guidelines on PACE . WE WILL HAVE TWO PASSES THIS YEAR SHOULD WE FAIL THE REQUIREMENTS.
We met everything but will still come up short $300 for the month.

We lost over $1,400.00 because of this abortion of a program. Our payout would have been $4,589.00. P.A.C. E. payout was 3,147.00. I worked harder and sold more parts to make less money. Thanks GM!!!

Yesterday my rim purchase loyalty was above 90% . Today it is 89.8 and I'm no longer qualified. Is it just a bad report or GM playing games?
