How are you planning to split your payout? With so much service dept involvement required now, seems like they'll be earning more $$ than parts.

Service = warranty management, retail, BDC, effectiveness, 1st visit & retention $$$

Parts = purchase growth.....

payout, ha? Only thing hitting the numbers is my parts dept, lol.

Hell our service department has as good of a chance hitting their numbers as Helen Keller hitting a Homerun off a curve ball at night.

LOL! I needed that laugh today, thanks.

Our service dept is hitting their numbers and excited about more profit for them, as they should. Trying to find or see if there is a balance in there somewhere.

If and when we do receive a PASE deposit into our account, will the service and parts be credited BOTH through the GM parts open account?

Yes, I believe the credit will arrive around the same time Same Day repair credit has been.

Parts is credited and it goes straight to 687.

Service gets a thank you.

As it should. I assume most (if not all) stores have a little thing called the "gross profit transfer". So, IMHO, Service has been getting theirs for years.
