No monthly statement and no MR credit for GM overcharging our discount % for parts purchased after 4/1/13 as well. I'm going through all my material returns from 7/1 to 9/4/14 and verifying the purchase date and making sure to get back the money. The global connect message said we'd see the credit on 10/2/14
Ref. number: Parts / Program and Promotion / G_0000201422

So far my DMA doesn't know when we are going to see the money or the statements which is no surprise because GM doesn't really seem to care about letting them know much either. So much for those "silos" being torn down and information being communicated more effectively and efficiently.

2longinparts is right. Open up your Sept. '13 statement, scroll down to the bottom. Pay no attention to the date at the top of the page...look at the invoice numbers. Idiots. :evil:

I guess some are up and some aren't.

I have two dealer codes and only one of the monthly statements is there.
