Can anyone else not open the excel sheet. i've tried from 3 different computers that all have excel. I talked to DBC and they couldn't help. I even asked them to open it and punch in my BAC to see what I need to send back and they wouldnt help.

I can't either, something to do with macros enabling, but out IT can't get it to work either.

ONE QUESTION:

WHY isn't GM using the normal method to request parts returns? Through WPC on GlobalConnect?

Because they are in need of a Cranial Rectalectomy.

You need to enable the macros thru security:

Nice selfie!

When you get the error message, click options in the upper left portion of your screen. That will open a dropbox. Click "enable macros" That should do it.

What happens if we don't send back what they want? I tried bringing up the file on 3 different computers; I was able to enable Macros on my computer and after I typed in my BAC some error box poppped up... :geek:

Mine always has a yellowish bar at the top with a button to "enable editing", then it works fine.

Open the speadsheet on top menu bar is Tools>Options>Security>Macro Security Change to Medium and close spreadsheet. Re open and when it prompts choose enable then it should work fine
