It is a visual; you'll have to take a look on DFOAB. Some of the comments are awesome.

6239 04/16/2018 Its Just Wrong Guarantee this post will be taken down by the end of the week, if not sooner ben pomeroy01 6503429500

6239 04/16/2018 Its Just Wrong it's ok for gm to sell to these outsiders but if we buy from them we get dinged from gm. wow, that makes sense................... Donnie Ayers 4325234831

6239 04/16/2018 Its Just Wrong Also you can get a discount of up to 10% from these aftermarket guys and Delco distributors with NO PENALTIES due to circumstances outside of your parts department unlike PASE. Edwin Holmes 810-603-1853

6239 04/16/2018 Its Just Wrong Part #22902421. Front strut for a Traverse. Sold to a wholesale customer and quoted list of $180.00 and their cost of 125.00. They sold it to their customer and did the job. A week later the customer went back to my wholesale customer with the following info. https://www.amazon /ACDelco-506-900-Original-Equipment-Suspension/dp/B00AK00UZ0 Shipped and sold by Amazon for $65.00!!!! Now my wholesale customer lost a customer, and my wholesale customer is accusing me of inflating prices. When does this end??!??!?? Darryl Welty 518-458-7700

6239 04/16/2018 Its Just Wrong We get our Auto Zone's parts all the time. My last submission of this info never made it to this forum. As I said, even the FedEx drivers know where GM part are supposed to come from. The GM dealer. Oh well, PASE is gonna fix it all. But I am sure this only applies to dealers. JAMES SUMMERALL (828) 233-3411

6239 04/13/2018 Its Just Wrong Sorry GM but your sales loyalty has dropped below the threshold this month and we will have to put you on NON-Dealer terms. You will have 2 months where you cannot sell parts to aftermarket competitors and you must accept all returns that LEGITIMATE dealers enter into the system. MATT HUYTER 509-663-0088

6239 04/13/2018 Its Just Wrong Loyalty is a one way street to GM. The funny thing is they are driving business away from themselves and us. Autozone will sell their house products first, and only us GM products when they have to. This will keep the customer coming back to Autozone and never the dealer. A dealership would sell GM products, PERIOD. Thanks for driving our customers to the competitors. Good job GM. Lex Lexinger 785-823-6372

6239 04/13/2018 Its Just Wrong Look at the pick tag, They buy from door #1 and dealers buy from door #2 Jason Rolfes 7127925000

6239 04/13/2018 Its Just Wrong Got one of those by mistake last month. It was meant to go to the AutoZone down the street. Only reason it didn't end up in the trash was because I like our FedEx driver. I wonder when they will be signing up AutoZone for the PASE program? Timothy Kotche 3014419600

6239 04/13/2018 Its Just Wrong Kim you guys opened a autozone store LOL Ronald Cox 5852376191

6239 04/13/2018 Its Just Wrong Yes, Ken, I know. AutoZone, Advance, O'Reilly, Amazon, Wal-Mart, anyone who has a dollar can join the party. GM is just whoring up the market, but it will come back to bite them in the a#$! Kim Dowell 828-485-3119

6239 04/13/2018 Its Just Wrong If you don't like that, you should check out Amazon. I have found parts on Amazon, Sold by Amazon, that are on B/O from GM Ken David 315-594-8028

Where has all the loyalty gone? Definitely not the GM I grew up with.
I'm sorry you guys and gals have to even put up with all that crap, it's unbelievable.

I've always heard focus being placed on the "dealer agreement" but is there such a thing as "manufacturer agreement"? Geez

After reading all the comments that were posted from the DFOAB board two days ago today I receive a part from GM customer care and after sales, this part is not for my dealership but for Autozone in a town about an hour away from me. Right on the shipping label it says Autone with a dealer code 953695. So naturally I took pictures and sent them to my DMA we shall see what he says.

If I try using GlobalConnect DFOAB in Outlook Express, I get an error message which states the browser is trying to open a site in my Trusted Sites list. I have to click the "yes" button 5 times to get it to go through. If I use Chrome, it goes directly to DFOAB, no problem. :?:

The thought has occurred to me that if each dealership filed a complaint with the BBB regarding GM's practices, maybe they would take notice. No legal fees to incur on the part of the dealer at that point. Dealer agreements are definitely a one-way street here folks!
