Sales Loyality

Postby mdishong » Mon Feb 29, 2016 2:10 pm

I have a counterman that inputted the wrong part # for a tire (19264900 - not a good GM part #). on an RO with a GM VIN#.

It should have been 19254900. I've email my REP with no results. $501+ value

Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a way to get it changed or removed from my UNROCOGNIZED list?

Get Service to write you an internal RO, credit the bad number and bill the correct one. Might work, I do something similar with takeoffs

Submit it to samedayadjuster as a data entry error.
