GM Order

Is anyone else having issues putting in their CSO order today? We had this problem about a month ago and GM ended up giving us our order in triplicate. I called SPAC, they sent me to the helpdesk. I called the helpdesk, they said to call my DMS. Seriously? Can we just get a system that works? /rant

They only picked half the outbound routes, of course our didn't make the cut. Blamed host computer in Michicant.
Today's message from our customer liaison:
Seems like the system is running very slow in transmitting orders to the server in Michigan. I am up to 54 phone calls / emails in the past hour. I just had a dealership that placed their order at 3:00pm get their order thru at 4:15pm. Do not retransmit and risk duplicating your order. At this point, it is a waiting process and I hope that your order/s make it DOWN to Charlotte from the Michigan server in time to be extracted at the designated deadlines for processing today. If the orders miss these deadlines, they will roll over into tomorrow’s order well. Please keep check your answerbacks.

And no order here this morning. This is beyond belief. I guess I will start the process of having my advisors cancel service appointments for today. I see how this affects our small shop and can only imagine the total cost to the nationwide dealer body. Thanks for that great GM feeling......again.
