We have had 2 new Volts in for service in the past month. In both cases TAC and /or WPC sent us high dollar parts on an exchange basis. The first one was a $5k battery and the second was an Engine. We were not billed for either part so we lost out on our warranty mark up.

This happened to anyone else?

If the claims have already been submitted a Credit Adjustment can be done on the warranty R.O. to collect the parts allowance.
