GM Telephone fee
Posted: Tue Apr 12, 2016 2:27 pmI need some help refreshing my memory. Why do we pay GM $75.00/Qtr. for a telephone fee. I know there is a fee for HazMat, but that isn't it. Help me out please. Thanks

TRACS...that's the one I was thinking of. I knew it was some useless GM acronym.
