Why in the hell does this keep happening? We have been selling 55486342 for who knows how long, and on a regular basis. Now it has another new number? and its not available yet? Now i'll have to go through a DW to get one and get dinged for it with REEM.

we got our last one in during the first week of the month from 051, which is our main warehouse.

we have yet to see a 55486344, we've always gotten the 6342.

Am I crazy or didn't this just happen a month or two before with this pump?

No, you're not crazy, we had the same thing happen. I've had both numbers on the shelf at the same time. Rim kept reordering one number every day and I wound up with several before I got it corrected. Since then we have used up all we had but one. Guess they got it right for a little while, Ha.

I called RIM about that 14 months ago, or so. They sent return tags for the "new" number and once I sold out of the "old" number, I received more of the "old" number. I guess they had to exhaust stock, but someone somewhere had their wires crossed for certain!
