GM EPC WTF

Let me begin this rant by stating I have our 3 PCs set for updates to run automatically at 9pm each night. Also, we are using ALL the equipment provided by SnapOn Business Solutions for the Gm EPC. We pay the extra $$$ per month to have a jump-drive, and have yet to receive one.
Please let me know if any of you are having these PROBLEMS with your EPC downloads:
4/14/16 8:15am- Updates show available when I checked the "Manage Updates" section, on a whim, in preparation for the scheduled update on 4/18/16 (we got the e-mail stating there would be an upgrade/update). Then proceeded to run this update, which took all day long, and was still running when I left at 8pm.
4/15/16 8:30am- I checked again, still showing Updates Available, let it run and it was done in a couple hours.
4/18/16 7:30am- Checked to see if the major update ran well, and the update must have ran well, because there were Updates Available, but they only ran a little while, maybe 30 minutes or less.
4/19/16 7:45am- Same routine, updated for 1 hour
4/20/16 7:50am- Same routine, updated all day long again
4/21/16 6:30am- Same routine, updated until between 4:30 & 6pm. I called SBS and spoke to a fella about this issue, he said it is normal. He said it is the "new normal". I asked why these updates are not running at night, he said they may have been released after 9pm. Classic
. He assured me we could use the EPC link through GlobalConnect, but only in Internet Explorer, because it is not compatible with Google Chrome.

4/23/16 6:30am- Same routine, No Updates available
EVERY DAY THIS WEEK: UPDATING ALL DAY EVERY DAY!!!
I am really frustrated with this! The people at SBS seem to feel it is no big deal. My supervisor/IT/DP called them today, and someone may call him back, we shall see.
Exactly what is our money going for each month with these subscriptions?
