TAC Incorrect Diag!

Latest issue with a TAC Diag: Installed a PCM on a vehicle it did not fix the vehicle; service calls TAC they tell him to put in a BCM, that doesn't fix the vehicle they tell him to put in a shifter base; base doesn't fix the vehicle either. Turns out the original PCM was defective so now we are stuck with the BCM and base.
I understand a defective part is nobody's fault but this is just my latest case with a TAC issue.
I can't tell you how many times TAC told a tech to put a part in a vehicle and it did not fix the vehicle then we are stuck with the part here.
We should not have to put parts in stock that TAC does not diag properly.
:x

They still oughtta pay for your tech installation time and now "used" parts. GM made more money than God last quarter, they need to step up and stop complaining about us asking for what's only right. I bet in the middle of all that RIM reordered those parts for you while they were in the shop.

Why would you even think about taking back parts that were installed. Service or over the counter no returns on opened or installed parts. If that bcm was programed its married to that vin. Not usable on any other vin. Service returns get billed to 61d.

The module is still on the repair order but either way the dealership should not have to suffer because of incorrect diags...
