So I'm browsing my REAM proposals this morning and I see 55486342. Out of curiosity, I check it out. No supersession in REAM, but obviously superseded by 55486344 in Global. Are they ever going to get this situation fixed???

It seems my DFOAB post at least got them to add the supersession in REAM.

RIM told me this morning that GM has found more old stock cruze water pumps. If you have the supersession 55486342 to 55486344 in your ADP system…. WATCH OUT…… RIM will order old number 55486342 and ADP will see it as a memo part and knock it off your order. If you don’t manually post it RIM will keep sending some every night to you till I guess the old stock is exhausted. RIM told me to make a manual order for the old number in my ADP so it will not order again tonight. I will have to do this every time I sell a cruze water pump……. What a joke! Why do we pay thousands of dollars every month for DMS systems to control our inventory when GM screws it up in an instant. All the numbers it won’t control that we have to monitor and now there is old stock we don’t want is shoved onto us……………..

Same. They were selling like hot cakes for awhile.

Watch your RIM purchase loyalty on this one. You can put in for an adjustment but all of mine counted as non-compliant when they put the supersession back in.
