Monthly Statement question

On my monthly statement line 53 "accessories" it comes up blank. I am a newer p/m who has found other accounting errors since I have took over as manager, like all gog going into 242. Does this mean all my access are just going into 242 and worst of all being "shared" with the service dept????

Your acctg department would have to set up schedules and you would have to have a source set up exclusively for Accessories. For example we are on REyRey and buy accessories into 242, but when they sell a source override puts the sales $ into 484c/684c. Then our controller feeds that schedule into line 53

I don't have a 53 mine goes 29,51,60 what else am I missing?
